Two of my favourite things come together in a joyous reunion at Gyoza Gyoza - tapas and Japanese cuisine! Taking inspiration from Izakaya style dining, Gyoza Gyoza is a casual Japanese restaurant that offers over 80 dishes on their menu, including tapas and small plates. The best part? Nearly all dishes are priced at $6.80 each! So you can go ahead and dabble in everything your little kawaii heart desires!

Tuna Tataki

The unique menu extends from traditional Japanese dishes, like the fresh Tuna Tataki served with seaweed and mustard miso sauce, to more contemporary delights such as the salt and pepper calamari mini burgers. Of course, you must try their famous Gyozas, both steamed and pan-fried, encasing inventive fillings such as spicy kimchi pork and miso eggplant and duck. If you've got room for dessert, I highly recommend the Chef's Special Red Bean Sweet Gyoza served with whipped cream and strawberries - it's a whole new world of dumplings!

Wash it all down with a refreshing drink from their extensive beverage list, featuring a huge variety of Japanese beers, Sake, Hochu, Yuzushu & Umeshu Whisky. If you're not up for booze, there also lavish mocktails, fresh juices and specialty iced green teas topped with homemade soy milk soft serve.

You can now find Gyoza Gyoza at 5 locations across Melbourne - CBD, Emporium, Melbourne Central, Doncaster and Chadstone.
